Spirituality can help people maintain good mental health. It can help them cope with everyday stress and can keep them grounded. Spirituality can play an important role in helping people maintain good mental health and live with or recover from mental health problems.
It is not so difficult to imagine that so many people are dealing with deep mental issues and deep mental pain. There are so many things going on in people’s lives that affect them mentally. The question is how to deal with it. It is a matter of keeping an even mind. The way to do that can be many however, let me suggest a few things here.
Meditation and Breathing is a good way to calm the mental state of turmoil.
Being in nature and water is also very calming to my mind and soul.

It is always a good practice to everyday morning and evening to do some breathing exercises to help keep you in a calm state of mind. When you are experiencing negative people and situations, you can choose how to act or react to it. Act means you are in control and to react means you are not in control. Listening to music that you enjoy is another way to keep a healthy mental state of mind. Physical workout like exercises, practicing Martial Arts, going to the gym, walking or jogging in the park will help you tremendously. Carl Jung considered the psyche as a carrier of truth, powerfully rooted in the unconscious mind.
You can be the master of yourself and just takes what you got because you got what it takes!


Emotional health is an important part of overall health. People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They are able to cope with life’s challenges. They can keep problems in perspective and bounce back from setbacks. They feel good about themselves and have good relationships.
Being emotionally healthy does not mean you are happy all the time. It means you are aware of your emotions. You can deal with them, whether they are positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness. But they know how to manage their negative feelings. They can tell when a problem is more than they can handle on their own. They also know when to seek help.
The emotions are very powerful! They can send a person into bliss or into total despair. Your emotions are a power source that can determine your actions, your state of mind and nay decision that you make. Having emotions out of control is deadly and can lead to being hurt, doing something you will regret and even death by suicide or by doing something dangerous. Emotions under control can be a source of great strength and mastery over your life. It can lead to a healthy happy and joyful existence. It opens up more love to come into your life and to easily connect with the right people. Depending upon your emotional state, you can be in a deep state of fear and doubt or you can be in a deep state of courage and confidence about yourself and your life. Emotions are a very important part of who we are and we need to face tem and deal with them. In the book Mind over Illusions, there are techniques and information about the emotions that is priceless to know. You can never ignore the importance of being in a good emotional state of being because it determines if your life is a living hell or a living heaven!
You must work to stay in a good emotional state of mind at all times. Do not let people control you through manipulating your emotions. Some people know the right emotional buttons to push to send you over the edge. Do not give them that power! Never concede your power to another.
